We believe every Bangladeshi entrepreneur deserves a professional online store — not just those who can afford developers.
Our Mission
Make professional e-commerce accessible to every merchant in Bangladesh, regardless of technical background.
Merchant-First
Every decision we make starts with the merchant. Your success is our success.
Trust & Safety
We protect merchants and their customers with fraud detection and secure payments.
Simplicity
Powerful enough for serious businesses, simple enough for first-time sellers.
Built to Grow
Our platform scales with you — from 10 orders a month to 10,000.
Our Story
Bitcommerz was founded in Dhaka by a team of engineers and entrepreneurs who were tired of seeing talented merchants stuck selling through Facebook DMs and phone orders.
We built Bitcommerz to give every merchant the same professional infrastructure that big brands have — without the cost, complexity, or coding.
Today, merchants across Bangladesh run their online stores on Bitcommerz.
