Order Management

Every order, from "new" to "delivered", in one place.

Website orders, phone orders and Facebook orders in one list. Your own order statuses. Couriers, stock and payments update as the order moves.

The problem

Orders come from Messenger, phone calls and your website.

Half are in a notebook, half in Excel. Nobody knows which parcel went out, who paid the advance, or why an order was cancelled.

One mistake means a wrong parcel, a lost advance or an angry customer.

Run every order the way your shop works

01

One list for every order

Website orders arrive by themselves. Create a manual order for phone and Facebook orders in seconds, or save it as a draft and confirm later.

02

Order Flow — your process on screen

Drag and drop your own statuses, each with its own colour and label. Optionally choose which status can follow which, so a "New" order can't jump to "Delivered", and require a reason on every cancel or return.

03

Actions when the status changes

Book the courier when an order is marked Shipped. Restore stock when it's cancelled or returned.

04

Stock that matches reality

Choose the status where stock goes out and where it comes back — once per order, never counted twice. Optionally block orders when out of stock.

05

Every taka recorded

Record a full payment or a partial advance on any order. Each order keeps a payment log — how much, when and how — so you know what's due on delivery.

06

Invoices and bulk print

Every order has an invoice ready to print. Packing 80 parcels tonight? Select them and bulk-print in one go.

07

Couriers, tracking and SMS

Book Pathao, Steadfast, RedX or CarryBee from the order. Customers track their last 90 days of orders by phone number. SMS goes to the customer and to you on each status change, through your own gateway.

08

Staff see only what they should

Admins, staff and custom roles with 8 permission groups. Staff can only give others the access they have. Staff seats: SME 5 · Startup 20 · Business 50.
