Block list and allow list

Add a phone number to the block list once and it can't place another order. Put trusted repeat customers on the allow list so they are never stopped.

Frequently asked questions

Is the fraud checker AI?

No. It shows the phone number's real delivery and return history from courier records. You make the call.

Will OTP lower my sales?

It adds one step for guest buyers. Many sellers turn it on only when fake orders spike. You can switch it off any time.

Do I pay for OTP SMS?

OTP is sent through your own SMS gateway (SSL Wireless, MRAM, eSMS, or any HTTP gateway), so you pay your gateway's normal SMS rate.

Can I block someone who keeps changing numbers?

Yes. Block their IP address in Risk Guard, and turn on reCAPTCHA to stop automated orders.

Will a good customer get blocked by mistake?

Only if you block them. Add trusted customers to the allow list and they always pass.
