7. Data and Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties. All payment data is processed through PCI-compliant gateways.
8. Limitation of Liability
Bitcommerz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue or data.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
